Welcome to Emissions AI, a service provided by Tool Zero Inc. ("Tool Zero", "we", "our", or "us"). By accessing or using the Emissions AI demo service ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service" or "Terms"). Please read these Terms carefully.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Emissions AI is a tool that analyzes business invoices to calculate the greenhouse gases produced by a business's purchases. This demo version of the Service is provided free of charge but is subject to usage restrictions.
3. Usage Restrictions
  • The demo is free to use.
  • Users are restricted to a limited number of uses, as determined by Tool Zero.
  • Users must upload real invoices for analysis.
  • Uploaded PDF documents must not exceed 10 pages.
4. No Account Requirement
No account creation is necessary to use the demo version of the Service.
5. User Responsibilities
Users must upload authentic and accurate invoices for analysis. Users must comply with all applicable laws and regulations when using the Service.
6. Service Availability
Tool Zero does not guarantee the uptime or availability of the Service. Support is available via our contact email at contact@toolzero.com from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern, Monday to Friday.
7. Intellectual Property
Tool Zero retains exclusive rights to its name, branding, logos, and likenesses associated with the Service.
8. Disclaimers
The demo version of Emissions AI is not intended for comprehensive carbon accounting. The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tool Zero shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the Service; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; and (iii) any bugs, viruses, Trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our Service by any third party.
10. Termination
Tool Zero reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the demo version of the Service at any time, without notice and for any reason.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
12. Changes to the Terms of Service
Tool Zero reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of changes constitutes your acceptance of such changes.
